Retirement
Plan
Bell-Mark's comprehensive retirement plan is composed of the following:
* 401(k) - Employees may make pre-tax contributions via payroll
deduction. Various investment options are available.
Insurance
Health
Full-Time employees and their dependents are eligible for group insurance
after 3 months of employment. Coverage includes hospital, surgical,
major medical, and prescription drugs.
Premium Only Plan
Contributions are required by employees for the Health Insurance, however,
they will be deducted pre-tax.
Life
Bell-Mark provides employees with life, accidental death and dismemberment
insurance. These costs are covered by the company.
Vacation
One year equals one week. Two years equals two weeks. Fifteen years
equals three weeks.
