Regional Sales Manager

About the Job Major manufacturer of packaging machinery has an immediate opening for a experienced, dynamic, and motivated regional sales manager.

Essential Job Functions and Requirements.

• Coordinate the entire sales process for assigned accounts. Demonstrate use of telephone selling skills, such as making good opening statements, connecting with the customer, building relationships, asking open-ended and high gain questions to determine needs, provide solutions through the use of our products, creating the value proposition and closing the deal.
  
  
• Achieve or exceed the territory sales plan by maintaining existing business, developing incremental business in existing accounts, and conducting cold calls to develop new accounts.
  
  
• Prospect and develop relationships with new customers. Coordinate on-going customer relationships with a particular focus on up selling and cross selling.
  
  
• Develop and execute a sales plan for managing assigned territory, updated quarterly
  
  
• Utilize data sources to analyze and develop sales opportunities.
  
  
• Travel, as needed for required meetings and customer visits. Must be available to work various times during the workweek to accommodate best calling times in multiple US time zones. This may include a variable work schedule to accommodate customer availability.
  
  
• A background in packaging equipment is preferred.

Field Service Technician based in Germany or Ireland

Bell-Mark Corporation has an open position for a Field Service Technician based in Germany. The successful candidate would be responsible for installation, start-up, training, and troubleshooting of a wide range of printing and coding equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Working knowledge of computers and computer operated equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC operation and basic programming
• Strong electronic, pneumatic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Above average communication skills
• 2 years experience in a Field Service related position
• Experience with packaging machinery helpful

Qualifications include:

• At least 5 years experience selling complimentary Coding, Marking and Printing equipment
