Bell-Mark updates product line to include a Stainless Steel reciprocating ink coding system for Cryovac Bag loaders
Pine Brook, NJ - Bell-Mark, a leading manufacturer of product identification systems, announces an update to it's product line for coding on Cryovac bag loaders.
The company's Cryovac Bag Coder now features the US-4500 Stainless Steel Reciprocating ink coder which is a staple in the company's product line. The latest update allows the coder to be removed from the top of the Bag loaders product feeding area. The new configuration is mounted in a streamlined fashion closer to the bag material recepticle.
The system is able to easily be configured with bracketry for all Cryovac bag loaders including the 8490, 8189, 8189, and 8155 models.
The company also manufactures a complete line of specially formulated inks that address the requirements of Cryovac bags. Since most Cryovac bags are typically coated in starch prior to coding and filling, the need to have a permanent ink that also has a quick dry time, is crucial.
Specifications of the Cryovac Bag Coding System include:
One piece cast Stainless Steel
125 prints per minute
2" x 2" (50mm x 50mm) print area
