Pine Brook, NJ - Bell-Mark Corporation announces a new series of flexographic printing machinery for single color or two-color configurations for Bag making operations.

The new custom built printers feature widths that can be as narrow as 4” and as wide as 94”. This range of print capability allows for satisfying a variety of company budgets and expenditures.

The new line of printers that feature narrow width, two-color capabilities will be in operation at the NPE 2006 Tradeshow in Chicago, in Bell-Mark’s Booth # 8324. In addition, the Series #1230/1830 flexographic printing heads will be displayed.

Our Series #1230/1830 is ideally suited for narrow width printing applications up to 10” in width. These compact flexographic printing heads are typically utilized for printing “Child Suffocation Warnings”, small company logos, and product I.D.’s. This design is equipped with vulcanized rubber drive bearers providing for a simple friction drive operation. An Enclosed Doctor Blade assembly is available for high-speed applications.

Bell-Mark also manufactures water-base and solvent-base printing inks and complements this product line with a full line of photopolymer and rubber printing plates. Also offered is a variety of recirculating ink pumps including peristaltic, centrifugal and diaphragm.
