May 3, 2004 - Pine Brook, NJ - Bell-Mark has just announced it's newest promotion
for the East Pack tradeshow. The company will be giving away 2 tickets
to the 2004 US Open which will be played this year at Shinnecock Hills
in South Hampton, NY. The contest is being marketed on the Bell-Mark web
site, through email campaigns, and direct mail.
The US Open is played each year by golf's biggest stars, and is once
again coming to New York. The last time the Open was in the state was
in 2002 when the event was played for the first time at a true public
golf course, Bethpage State Park. The last time the Open was held
at Shinnecock Hills, was in 1995 when Corey Pavin won his 1st major
championship.
2004 will mark the 4th time that this historic golf
course plays host to the US Open. The 1st time was in 1896 when the
US Open was in it's 2nd year, and again in 1986.
