Introducing an ink coding system for Kwik Lok tab imprinting

Pine Brook, NJ - Bell-Mark introduces the US-4302 Kwik Lok Tab Imprinter, specifically designed for bakery and all other industries which utilize tab closures in their bagging operations. Attachable to any plastic tab bag closing machine, the US-4302 will imprint unit/you pay pricing, date codes or any message required as it is being applied to the bag.

Rubber type, used in conjunction with this unit, ensures “soft contact” - eliminating downtime normally associated with coders performing this application due to tab breakage or machine jams. Cost savings of 50% can be realized using Bell-Mark’s rubber type and ink cartridge vs. metal type and roll leaf used with Kwik Lok printers.

The US-4302 Kwik Lok Tab System utilizes Bell-Mark’s US-4300 One Piece Cast Coder which eliminated parts replacement. The totally disposable, pre-inked cartridge uses fast drying USDA accepted ink - delivering a sharp, clear, permanent code. Spare print heads are available, allowing the operator to pre-set messages and can be easily installed in seconds.
