Introducing an in-line Flexo for Poly strap printing

Pine Brook, NJ - Bell-Mark introduces a free-standing flexographic printing system designed for printing on polypropelene and polyester extruded strapping material.

This equipment can accept up to 12 strands of material and is capable of printing at speeds up to 1000 fpm. The station is equipped with an enclosed doctor blade assembly which incorporates a closed-loop ink pumping system.

The system provides high quality printing of customer logos, product identification and recycling information. A DC drive package allows for synchronizing printing speed with extruder output speed.
