Bell-Mark's
Color Identification System was designed to satisfy the increasing popularity
of color coding to differentiate similar products. This unit incorporates
simple rotary striping printers positioned just prior to the cutting knives
on the packaging machine to print a color stripe at a desired location.
This simple rotary wheel is driven by a stepper motor and uses a pre-inked
sleeve for its ink supply. Changing the color is as easy as changing the
ink sleeve. The CIS for horizontal form/fill/seal packaging machines can
be retrofitted to Multivac, Tiromat and many other packaging machines.
