Return Goods Procedure

All returns must be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by a Customer Service or Sales Representative.   The following must be provided:
  • Original purchase order number
  • Machine make & model, serial number or lot #
  • Quantity
  • Reason for return

All goods are to be returned to our manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania. (except for type which is returned to our New Jersey offices.)

Contact the customer service department at Bell-Mark 973-882-0202 ext. 5 to discuss the return of any product in question. Your service representative will provide you with a return address. You will be asked to mark each package being returned with the RAN.

Non acceptable Returns

  • Custom machinery or brackets
  • Ink cartridges held over 6 months that have shelf life considerations
  • Merchandise held over 60 days that have shelf life considerations
  • Merchandise returned without a RAN
  • Product that has been altered in anyway and or repackaged.

Damaged Goods Policy

Goods damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the buyer and carrier.   We recommend you inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.   If damage has occured during delivery, contact the delivering carrier. Claims for damage must be filed with the carrier by the customer, as specified in Section 1(a) in the Uniform Bill of Lading.

Restocking Fee

Bell-Mark does not generally issue restocking fees however we reserve the right to issue a 25% restocking fee in circumstances of machinery, brackets, rubber logos, or product being returned for no fault of Bell-Mark.

Cancellations

Cancellations of any order must be in writing and can be provided via fax 973-808-4616.   A cancellation charge will be invoiced for the amount of costs incurred to the date of stoppage, less allowances Bell-Mark may be able to make for salvageable product.  

All completed items will be shipped and billed to the Buyer at the order prices.

Developing Business with Bell-Mark

Before placing an order with Bell-Mark, our finance department will need to establish your account.   This usually takes 24-36 hours depending on the response time of your references.

Contact the customer service department at 973-882-0202 ext. 5 and a representative will be happy to provide you with a new account information form or access the new account form here. Once approved, you will be provided with terms of net 30 days or prepayment in full, F.O.B origin.  

The information to provide is:

  • Your ship-to address with the telephone number and fax.  
  • Your bill-to address with telephone number and fax.
  • Two trade references
  • Your bank references including address, contact, and phone number
  • A copy of your tax-exempt certificate, tax i.d. number, indicating the specific products that are exempt, if applicable.

Price and Availability

The current list prices and lead-time will be confirmed with you at the time of order placement or fax if confirmation is specified on fax.   If you require pricing and lead-time prior to placing your order, please call or fax the customer service department for a quotation. 973-882-0202 ext. 5  

Prices exclude federal, state, excise, or use taxes, which will be itemized on all invoices.   Prices are F.O.B. from the shipping point.  

Bell-Mark reserves the right to increase the prices based upon the current list or special pricing without notice.   However, annual price increases are specified in the invoicing prior to year's end.

Minimum Order

Bell-Mark recommends a minimum order value of $50.00 because the cost of shipping will generally exceed anything over $50.00.   However, Bell-Mark will ship any order for any value.

Purchase Order Requirements

Bell-Mark requires that our part numbers be referenced on your purchase orders and that the quantities you require match our quantities.   We recognize that our part numbers may not be referenced in your records and that information can easily be misplaced.
